President is intergral part of parliament but in order to be decleared as present one need to due qulified for MP election Artical 53 says that president will be the   exicuwhose come every decision will be taken . but if in Article 53 which says that president will act on for the advise and of councils of ministers head by primeminster .

3. Because of relation between article 53 & 54 president become norminal head rubben stamp head , de jure head (in law head) and counlic of minister headed by pm because real exicupue defaclo head the expression rubber is not very clear for it's meaning because of this discrtionary power enjoys by president by uirtue of accident situihan. 

4. so genral  election exercise may be avioded for president election so as to same time energy & money  

proportional representation system means that every voter will not be given equal both out value of vote of voters will be in proprotion to the population who have eleted that voter.
